Very knowledgeable with the products being sold and helped me find what I was looking for, will definitely recommend.

It was easy to find the products I had been eyeing up online, once the colleague had finished with there previous customer they came straight over to me to assist me in choosing my new mattress and introduced me to trying the sleepmatch machine. Although it did not seem to work as it crashed as soon as I laid down I appreciated the effort. Was offered drinks and snacks whilst we sat down to place the order. Overall very pleasent experience you don't tend to get in most retail stores these days.

Very friendly and knowledgable member of staff. Was there when needed but we were given the time and space we needed to make our final choice.

Staff were on hand to assist every query. The shop was very bright, and spacious. And water was provided for customer's comfort. There was toilet facility too

I’ve been a regular customer to the store, after purchasing a bed and room set earlier this year, we came back to the store to add a few items to our wardrobe. Just like before, the service we receive was excellent, although we initially knew what we wanted it was hard to understand the options, Vinny and judging were quick the clarify any doubts. Just like always the service was great and shall comeback in the future.

The sales person provided a very warm welcome upon arrival, and helpful in providing information on specific mattress i was looking for as well alternative option.
