We were highly satisfied with the service that we received at Dreams in Charlton. We were warmly greeted by staff. Justin, one of the salesmen attended to us. He was very polite, helpful and patient with us while we made up our minds as to which mattresses we wanted. We would recommend Dreams in Charlton to our friends and family.

Basically there was a lady her name is Grace. She was amazing I never see a person like that so she was helping me to choose a bed, mattress and she was taking all payments and everything. It was so helpful for to find my bed. The Store was clean and there were following the procedures. She is doing really amazing customer service. She is a star and she made my day. Well done to her👏.

The staff who served us was fantastic and very helpful.

we were invited to use the technology to map us whilst lying on a bed we were then given a list and taken to a selection of beds and the merits of each.we were offered water and our car reg number taken to ensure we did not get a ticket. we were not pressurized vinnie was friendly approachable and knowledgeable. we left the store to try other beds and then came back. vinnie explained the procedure carefully at each stage as to what would happen next.

We were attended to very promptly. Were offered sleep position analysis to recommend what mattress would be most sutable to our needs. We were offered a variety of options. The agent that attended to us demonstrsted an indept knowledge of the products We were offered discounts where appropriate. It was generally a pleasant experience

Pleasant staff, explained fully all benefits of products and we were not harrassed by staff
