Great came to the shop looking for mattresses for my 2 boys but since i was on a tight budget it was hard to find something i fekt comfortable. But vinny was able to explain all the aspects and options available to me and guided me through the options. Overall great service

The customer service advisor was friendly and very quick to assist my needs. Showing me the product I was looking for along with other similar products, picked up my item and carried it to my car and was a great interaction. Even put my car registration details in the log so I could continue shopping in the retail park. Great customer service in a clean and inviting show room

I was immediately assisted by Vinny upon walking in the store. I told him what bedframe I was looking for (Saw it online) and he knew exactly where it was. Saved me lots of time rather than searching the store. When viewing the bed frame he explained it was on offer and came in leather or fabric. H explained there was a deal if I spend 500 today(pillows). He then let me check the bedframe. I was extremely impressed with the quality as it has thick wooden slats. (No chance of them breaking)! I confirmed that I wanted the bed frame. He then took me to a till and sat me down, offered me a coffee/tea or water. I accepted the water. He then asked if I was interested in sleep match to find my ideal bed. This is a very clever bit of tech and I will be considering making a further purchase for a mattress as my previous dreams bed is 10 years old now. Although it still has maintained its exceptional quality and performance. I always highlight to friends and family that Dreams are the Mercedes-Benz of beds. You spend 26 years of your life sleeping and the quality of the beds are out of this world. Always guaranteed a good sleep. Thank you

The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. They recommended products which I decided to go for. Justin and Vinny went far and beyond for me to get the right bed. I went on the sleep match and they offered me drinks which you don’t get in every store. I couldn’t be more happier with my visit today. Thank you guys for you time; I really appreciate it.

The assistant manager Tunji in the Charlton store was very helpful and friendly. Offered hot/cold beverages on entrance and helped me chose my desired mattress using the machine. Will be visiting this store from now on.
