As soon as I entered the store I was provided with assistance. The assistant showed me the machine that assesses which mattress was suitable for me. This was helpful as I was overwhelmed initially with how much choice there was. We then spent time going through the results. I was bale to choose and test out a mattress within my budget. The whole process was seamless.

Justin was ace

I was assisted by a salesperson called Justin and found him extremely helpful. I was 100% sure on the style of bed I required and Justin went out of his way to take time and explain my possible choice. This was the epitome of bench marked customer service.

We got such a warm welcome, especially compared to another bed store we visited earlier. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered above and beyond my expectations, time was taken to make sure we got the right products for us. It was recommended to us to try the Sleep Match facilities, which was an incredibly useful experience as otherwise I was just guessing which mattress to pick. You could tell the Dreams members of staff were invested in making sure we got the right bed. The payment process was explained to us really well, I felt confident in spending the close to £1000 I did that day knowing I was empowered in the information made available to me
