When we came into the store, we were not sure what to expect for our first time bed shopping together. Tunji first approached whilst we were trying a bed, he was very welcoming, friendly and understanding of our needs, he even showed us the machine which matches your "perfect" bed. Nicholas then took over and showed us the beds we matched with and pointed out their features, benefits and things to consider - including 8 year guarantee and 40 nights trial. He allowed us time to think about a bed we could both agree on and found us other beds based on ones we liked until we found the right one. Nick then left us to decide and said he and his colleagues will be around to assist. We took couple of hours going over the options, we even stepped out to check the two nearby stores - both of which had minimal interaction from the colleagues there. In the end, it was the excellent service which brought us back through the doors. We finalised on our decisions and then sat down to start the transaction. Tunji offered us a cup of tea or coffee. Had we not come into the store, we would have missed out on the excellent service we received!

Great service. I came to the shop on Friday, but since my husband did no come, we decided to comeback and meet vinny again. Just like before he was very attentive even though this time the store was packed, but he managed to give us the right service and attention, initially we were just looking to have our bedroom sorted but by asking vinny which of the available options were for bunk beds he told us about the specific thicknesses required he then proceeded to show us the options Available as well as prices

The member of staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. Perfect balance.

The bed was on show and the sales assistant Mr. T was very knowledgable and friendly customer service.
