Dreams - Charlton

My previous bed is from drems and since my experience has been great i choose to come back amd find something along what i was looking, fortunatly the person that served us knew alot the beds and was able to explain the tipes of bases and how it worked. We even tried the sleep machine and the recomendations if matresses we should look in the future

Vinny attended to myself a few days ago and I came in with my family on this is it and he was extremely helpful with explaining the t&c on the mattress that he helped me select. The members of staff who were also around ensured that I would be served as soon as a staff member is free. Vinny journeyed with me through testing the right mattress for me, to explaining a variety of mattresses to me and allowing me try them, to then supporting me with buying my desired mattress.

I was greeted as i entered the store, and asked whether I knew what i was looking for and if i needed any help. He staff were very nice as when i found my product i was offered the best deals to suit me and shown a comparison between the mattresses that would best suit me and that made me feel great as most places try to tell you want you want rather than allowing the customer to to feel out the product but with dreams i got a range of choices that the staff pointed out to me. We sat down to discuss the the payment and i was offered a bottle of water, which made me feel very comfortable. I was going to pay with my credit card with 19.9%apr and vinny offered a credit provider as it was 0% interest which would cost less than using my credit card which was very helpful. The first credit provider failed but vinny used another credit provider and it was successful. I loved the fact he took more time out to ensure i got what i needed. I would definitely recommend dreams as they make you feel safe and secure.

Staff member Tunji was very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't pressure us into buying.

Vinny and Justin were excellent in the customer service and attended to the my needs of finding the excellent mattress and pillow. Vinny and Justin listened to my specific requirements & catered to my needs. Excellent workers. They deserve a bonus.
