I was highly satisfied because Vinney knew a lot about the beds, was very helpful and friendly.

I found the staff very helpful, arsed if we need any help they wasn’t pushy they just said if you need help let us no. This is my 3rd time of buying from dreams so I would say I was very pleased overall.

Because the assistant, Vinny, knew all about all the beds and mattresses and put this over well without being pushy.

There are multiple reason why were were highly satisfied. 1. Welcoming staff (Vinny) and eagerness to show us right product for us 2. The machine that identified which mattress would be best for us. I planned for Firm and Form only mattress but chose Coil and Foam / Gel based 3. What we bought was recommended by Vinny, even though we liked the one suggested by Machine too 4. We were given enough time to test, discuss and make our mind. An honest opinion was provided by staff 5. transparency in the process and charges

Justin was fantastic. He made me a tea and put me on the machine which I loved. His customer service will bring me back to the store
