Grace welcomed me and listened to what I needed. Assured me that a double would be fine for me despite my concerns as I am 6’5 tall

I was very satisfied with my visit to Dreams, namely because of the service I received from Tunji. Tunji welcomed my sister and I with a warm smile and humour. I was very specific with Tunji about what I wanted, however, he assured me that although I knew what I wanted, I should see the range and then make a final decision. I was led to the interactive mattress simulation device to see what kind of mattress would be best for me. While doing so, Tunji went to get myself and my sister a bottle of water as well as the results. He then took us all around the store describing options that would suit me and eventually helped me make a great decision. I initially wanted to browse and think about what I wanted once I got home, however after my interaction with Tunji and his knowledge of the product, it made all the sense to purchase right away.

As I'm new to London having arrived from sydney 6 weeks ago tunji was very warm welcoming and made me feel at home. The sleepmatch process helped and then he helped me try a number of mattresses on the floor. I was extremely pleased with the service, friendliness and product knowledge and efficiency of tunjis sale and service process. He should be highly commended and acknowledged. Shantini

Vinny helped a lot, very quick

I got what I needed with a lot of help from the staf that helped me out.

Store Assistant was polite, patient and took time to explain the difference in the types of bed and mattress. It was quick and easy to place the order and the quick delivery date.

Vinny was great and we got a good bed

We were greeted on arrival, offered drinks, and instantly pointed towards the item we'd come to see. From there, Vinny enquired about our interest in mattresses and invited us to try our sleep match, which we hugely enjoyed, and from there he took us around a number of tailored recommendations. Vinny was obviously extremely knowledgeable and patiently took us through our options whilst giving us the space and time we needed to discuss unprompted. We built up a good rapport with Vinny and to receive that level of customer service was a breath of fresh air

The Dream's colleague Tungi was very helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed later to show us a range of products; he was also very friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with his service and I would definitely go back again.

We were assisted consistently throughout our experience, given a warm welcome thus making the experience easy and efficient when going through multiple option of the bed frames and mattresses.
