Great service, the colleague had a good understanding of what we were looking

The sales person Grace was particularly helpful when we needed her assistance but allowed us time to browse uninterrupted. She had great product knowledge and knew exactly what we were looking for. The store had a great deal of products and we were helped making our decision by the machine which measures your weight and size. It was a great experience

The salesman was extremely helpful and patience whilst we made up our minds. He did not pressurised us. Provided water and offered us create or coffee whilst inputting our order into your system A good salesman.

The way I was treated well the selection and fair pricing

We came to store to look for a mattress and a a bed, although we were just looking, the service we received was great, we did go next door but we decided to comeback and inquire a bit more which made all the difference. I cant flaw the service received and the attention paid to us

The gentleman who served me show us all the different types of mattresses and was very specific about how difflerent individual mattress are to each other and the best one that matched our needs.He offered us drinks and made sure we are comfortable and relaxed.

I attended the store in order to enquire about beds and bedding having gone to different stores. The sales person met during my first visit was quite helpful, however, I was a bit doubtful and decided to make products comparison with other stores. As I was not satisfied, I returned back to dreams where the sales man made me sleep on monitoring bed in order to find out type of mattress suitable for my needs. The sales man then show various types of mattresses recommended by the machine. This is beyond my imagination as I was completely blown apart with the discovery. I had spent fortune on physiotherapy and accuapuncture but this new discovery by dreams may possibly resolve my back problem. The sale man was talented with experience of the products and matches my needs with the required products. With this I'm very satisfied with the outcomes and I believe the products represents good value for money.
