I was well received by the salesman who presented me with various products in the store. He offered me drink and entered my details onto the sleep machine that generates best mattress that meet my needs. The salesman gave advise on the suitability of each mattress and how it would help my situation. He has first class knowledge of the products which earn him my respect. The store was accessible.

The dram assistance (Tunji) at Chalton Store was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the product, he is customer friendly and focused, he talked nicely to us. He made the store comfortable to us,He was good in marketing the product to us, in fact he seriously convinced us to buy the bed. The bed is very good with the price we bought it.

In was very happy that that the store staff (Nick)helped me to find a fairly good product within my budget range and didn't push me to much to buy a more expensive item. Now I am literally looking forward to get my new mattress. I was alway very happy that I was mentioned the 8 yrs guarantee option - considering the price you pay for the mattress, an extra £45 and a free mattress cover is totally worth it. I still haven't made my mind on what bed-bedframe I want, but I'm definitely going to order one from Dreams

Non pushy staff made the looking for a bed a calm experience and I was therefore able to browse at my leisure. When I did have questions, staff were readily available to answer quiries and had good product knowledge. I would thoroughly recommend the company to family and friends.

Great experience in the 'mattress machine' and how it determines the right mattress for you. It actually determined the same mattress as we had gone in for. Store was fairly quiet despite it being a Saturday, staff were very attentive and it was a swift visit and seamless transaction to buy a new mattress.
