Tunji helped us with to explore the different types of mattresses that would be suitable for us. Engaged and talked to both of us through the consultation to understand our preferences and allowed us the space to make a selection.

Justin and Vin were exceptional in their knowledge in beds and mattresses. I was advised to use the machine which would select the best mattress for me. My daughter and mother were also with me during the time of purchase, and they were also catered for in regards to their needs. It was a warm day and were offered cold drinks, a seat. We were all reassured and communicated with on the most effective way. Spot on customer service!!!

I was highly pleased with the service mr. Nick provided me. He has the product knowledge and his customer service is second to none. I and my wife told him that he is the most customer centric person we have seen so far. We did enjoy our visit and would visit again and again.

Michael took the time to listen to what we thought we wanted before taking us through the pros and cons of our options. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us the time and space we needed whist showing us the different types of mattresses etc. A very professional and polite guy. Thank you
