Great service, nice and easy

My wife and I were just window shopping today, we no intentions to buy, but we saw a bed that fought our attention and just popped in for some questions and we were very well welcomed, the service was great and attentive, the gentleman served us well and gave us all the information we needed and it made all the difference since we had no plans in buying

Very pleased with the quality services and assistance provided by Vincen at the store. Clarified all our doubts & concerns patiently and with ease as he seemed to be very well aware of the products inhouse. We left the store with a purchase of a super king size bed and a mattress. Also the Mattress analyser helped us a great deal in shortlisting few options for us as per our specific requirements. Looking forward to the delivery soon.

Very helpful staff, answered questions clearly, felt no sale pressure. We spend quite a few hours in store, it was nice to be left to browse at our pace, but knew staff were there ready to help and answer questions about the product. Overall a really good experience, I was dreading going in to look for a bed due to previous experience in other shops, where I feel all the want is a sale, would recommend and shop again, especially as we want pillows next, and fell in love with the cool touch range.

Excellent customer service - great with her knowledge of products. Helpful, quick. I spoke about delivery dates ( wanting certain dates ) accomdating in every aspect.
