Dreams - Charlton

The time and knowledge Vinny shared with us was most helpful in reaching a decision about which item to purchase. We did not feel under any pressure and felt that he responded to our needs and listened carefully.

The Charlton dreams team are very friendly and kind.

Vinny and Nick were both great. We came into the store a few weeks prior and Vinny showed us around, answered the 100's of questions we had and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We came back yesterday to make the purchase and again he was very helpful in answering the new questions we had, and giving us an overview of what we could purchase. After we'd decided, Nick was able to help us complete the process, especially after the credit checking company hadn't been very helpful, and made sure we had refreshments while we waited. The fact that both of them stayed well past closing time with zero complaints, and a sustained level of great customer service was impressive to see, and I look forward to recommending Dreams to others, as well as coming back to shop here.

Dreams was the second store I visited to purchase a bed. The prices were much more in line with what I wanted to spend and although it wasn't my intention to purchase a mattress from Dreams, I did so. I had been planning to buy a mattress direct from the manufacturer.
