The member of staff was very professional and friendly in his manner towards us. He was very knowledgeable in the products in the store. We were offered a drink which was very thoughtful.

Salesman Justin was very helpful and knowledgable and friendly - I had popped into bensons for beds first and found the sales lady very disinterested and unhelpful
