Very professional and friendly approach

Grace and other members of staff (didn't catch their names) were friendly and to be honest all were great examples of amazing customer service. Their manager should be proud of their team. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Tunji provided us with a very high level of customer service, we were extremely impressed. Tunji was very knowledgeable and also respectful - giving us time to think through our decision. He was also very friendly and is an asset to the store.

We came to the looking for a mattress since our current is been giving me problems. The reception was great we had two people attending us but it was vinny who took over and help us find not just a mattress we were happy with but in the end we got a bed in the process just to complement our new mattress, though we had no plans on buying we just took the opportunity

Nicholas was amazing, really helpful and knowledgeable. was a fun experience with the computer system.

I was having back pains and a assistant called Tunji was of help and I was able to find the perfect mattress for me as well as pillows/duvets/beddings.

Vinny was approachable, clear and transparent when we came to Dreams, he greeted us promptly. He helped us with the sleepmatch system and helped us throughout the experience. He ran through various different options and provided me with a pillow option too which I needed. He also offered us a cup of tea whilst the store was bjsy and we waited to process our order.

The store attendant was highly professional and experienced. He was friendly and polite throughout. The stores we visited in terms of comparison do not match your prices and level of professionalism displayed by your personnel.

The sales person (Vinny) was super-friendly and helpful both times my wife and I have been to the store. He explained us all important details about mattresses, guided us in a process of choice. Great work, Vinny
