We were greeted immediately by Natasha, who was very friendly. She asked us many questions and then had us do the dream analysis. She walked us through every selection that was listed and explained the differences between each one. My partner is pregnant and Natasha having being a mum was able to relate, understand and communicate with her with regards to back problems when sleeping whilst pregnant. She offered us water and provided us with options to buy pillows. Overall it was great

Very efficient, good honest opinion on a mattress i chose, but was pointed to a better mattress for my needs.

It was the knowledge of the customer agent we dealt with. She did the dreams sleep test and gave us detailed information about all the mattress's on the list. She did not push the most expensive item to use but allowed us to make a informed decision on the product that we wanted. She also gave us time and space to speak about the mattress's we tried without being close to use, and was attentive in listening to our needs and wants.

The store rep was immediately available and went over and beyond to satisfy our requirements making the process extremely quick. Nick was very accommodating and took time to hear what we had to say. Excellent customer service.

Charmy served me and couldn’t have been more helpful! She was diligent, knowledgeable, patient with me understanding the terms and requirements of my purchase. Charmy greeted us as soon as we arrived, offered us a mattress and pillow test, drinks and managed to keep socially distanced - all without being overbearing. She was wonderfully polite and honestly made the purchase comfortable and welcoming. Thank you so much!
