I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams due to the great customer service provided as the colleague was very helpful and was willing to listen to all my inquiries. He was extremely pleasant and had a friendly approach. The store itself was very clean and promoted a sense of harmony. I was impressed with product locations as they were located in manner, which assisted us and made it easier to select the best product. Additionally, the atmosphere of the store was quite neat.

We were approached immediately on entry then guided through our needs and shown various options. Very good service throughout the process.

We canevto tge store early last month but at the time we could not decide. But we were still interested in the bed we saw for our boys. thus we decided to come by and make our purchase this time. Just like previously we were very well welcomed and we are happy witg the service

The person was very helpful to find the right type of mattress and was very helpful in explaining the offers you had when taking our order.The person who took our order was named Justin.

We first visited the Dreams store in North Greenwich where we were assisted by Joe. He had a very good knowledge of the bed frames & mattresses and helped us find the best products for us. Joe was fantastic, he was very friendly, gave us a lot of advice and explained the products really well. However, we were not ready to purchase on that day. We then went to Lakeside Grays Retail Park the following week and saw the bed & mattress again, we had a pleasant customer experience but in comparison Joe was outstanding. Therefore, we decided not to buy at Lakeside but to instead ring Joe at North Greenwich back and order the frame & mattress over the phone. I wanted to go back to Joe to place the order because I knew I could trust him and he would ensure we got everything correctly and what was best for us. Joe's customer service was brilliant, it makes such a difference when you receive excellent customer service. Thank you Joe, you helped us so much and made the experience less stressful!!
