Yes I waa very satisfied. The staff were very friendly and receptive to what I bed I was after. They offered coffee and were up to date on stocks and bed designs. Very happy with the service.

Justin stayed behind for me to get a bed and the convinced me to get so furniture chairs and more pillows

Our service assistant Joseph, was lovely. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He showed us the bed test and we both (my mother and myself) took it. It was extremely accurate and Joseph then showed us all the appropriate mattresses to suit us. I started out just taking my mother for a mattress and ended up buying one for myself too! Very impressed with the premises, the merchandise, the prices, the quality and especially Joseph, who made us feel very important and even made us a coffee. The service was very quick, we were looking for s bed for my children, but the for what we were looking it did not match our budget, but the assistant was able to quickly identify our needs and presented us with options that met our interests

From beginning to end I would say that it was the best shopping experience I have ever had and I'm 63 years old and I hate shopping. All the staff were friendly but professional and very knowledgeable. I stated my needs and didn't feel like I was being recommended anything other than what I asked for which was good quality products at an affordable price and they even managed to arrange a next day delivery because I was buying for tenants who were moving in the same day and didn't have any beds. I can't praise all the staff in your shop. They even advised that there was a Portuguese colleague who could help with my Portuguese tenant's who would struggle with English.
