Vinny was able to guide me accordingly to my needs. I was looking for a bed that could be delivered as soon as possible, from his knowledge of products in store he showed me a bed that could be delivered this weekend, although it wasn't the ideal I still could work with the dates he gave me.

We were looking for a mattress and the helper that came to help us offered straight away to show us the sleep match machine, he mention that it would gives the right match according to our needs, from the results he then narrowed down the options and presented to us best options according to our description he then proceeded to explain each mattress, all and all it was a pleasant and easy to find the right mattress

All staff members were very polite and patient, didn't try to force the sale of any items and made the overall environment and experience as comfortable as possible.
