My husband and I went to Dreams in Charlton to get a mattress we had problem with BEAUMONT bed. We were welcome very well and Grace was very helpful in getting us a good mattress

Since we walked in,Mr Tunji offered himself to help us. Kind,polite,excelent customer service,a great member of Dreams team that knows everything about all products so we end up buying more than we were looking for. :) Definitely a rare,great shopping experience.

The staff were friendly and not pushy,the staff asked if we needed help & was interactive,showed us a few items & was very patient with our needs!!! They offered us refreshments & answered all our questions. Very nice experience.
