First time I made such a huge investment in my sep and I felt confidence in the dreams staff

I walked in there only spending £600, however i saw a bed that i really like that cost £2000. When talking about the bed with my friends, saying about how i would love to own this just can't afford it, one of your staff approached me about getting it on finance with 0% interest. He then explained about more features about the bed as its built in system. I was amazed with his knowledge and about getting it on finance for 3 years. His name was justine, very professional and very friendly. Even offered me coffee and biscuits while dealing while writing up the contract. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you.

Joe who helped us was absolutely amazing!! He wasn’t pushy and gave us great down to Earth advice. I didn’t get this experience in your competitor stores. He really is an asset to your company. He understood what we were looking for and gave us great advice but also let us have time on our own to look ourselves which was the perfect balance!

We were greeted on arrival at the store and asked if we required any assistance to which we replied no were just browsing. After looking around we then asked for assistance and the salesman was very accommodating

We received a good service from the gentleman from dreams charlton, we went back and forwards and the gentleman was very patient and explained everything, our main concern was the delivery of the items we where looking and he presented us with other option who could have been delivered earlier according to our expectations

Joe the man who served me was excellent in his assistance, knowledge and understanding with myself and what I observed with others. Joe told me about the quality of the mattresses and promotions on today. He also informed me of the sliding divan door which in all my years of knowing and buying divans, I was never told about. I was offered a drink, a drink and he was understanding of my son who was having a tantrum. He remembered my name and that was helpful and made me know that he was listening.

OUR SALES ASSISTANT WAS VERY INFORMED ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE AND COULD ANSWER ALL OUR QUESTIONS

after looking at several beds we had decided which frame we wanted but was unsure of which mattress we required but with a discussion with the sales assistant he explained the various different types of mattress that would best suit us he willingly showed us the ones that he had recommended to us and was more than accommodating and allowed us as much time a we required to chose which mattress we preferred. when we had decided the sales assistant was very polite and professional in the way he placed our order and explained about the choices of delivery and what to do and how to prepare for the delivery of our goods on our chosen day of delivery

We were served by Vincenzo who was very polite and helpful, offered us a drink and gave us some pillows to try on our chosen mattress which we had found online. It was a very relaxed experience and we were in and out in about 20 mins - excellent!
