Store was very well laid out to see the range of matresses on offer - clear to see prices and ratings of firmness. Store colleague made it even easier to understand - was excellent in service assistance and helping understand the process of the sale and delivery !

i received a warm welcome, and it was an amazing experience, the assistant Tunji was happy and patient with me as i tested various mattresses and bed frames. the whole process was friendly and professional.i was also offered a hot drink. i would definitely be visiting the store again soon.

The salesperson looking after us was on hand when we needed him but not at all pushy and gave us space and time to look around but checked in with us, just the right level of customer service.
