I have been recommended by my sister to dreams Charlton. First time I visiting in dreams Charlton store . A guy call Nicolas came over to look after . To be honest he is really good and professional. He explained to us in details and in good manner. We stay in the store about 20 minutes and purchase a really good mattress. 5 stars service for Nicolas and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Highly efficient service

The gentleman that served us was really friendly and professional. He had great knowledge of the products and the first mattress he directed us to was the one we ended up choosing. I was really impressed with the Covid measures that weren’t in place in other mattress stores I.e. providing a disposable paper towel to put your head on. The mattress is amazing so highly satisfied overall.

I was highly satisfied due to the staff welcoming me as soon as I came into the store offering assistance and giving me a tour of the mattresses and also helped me to pick the right mattress I was looking for , for a price range I had given

The Service I received from Charmy was excellent. I told I was looking for replacement Silentnight mattress to replace our 10 year old one. She showed me the nearest current model but i was not happy with the price. She showed me an own brand mattress which met my needs and was a direct comparison to the Silentnight brand. I bought it!
