I was helped by Justin at the Charlton branch. I've bought a double bed from him back in September 2017. I now need a small double bed for my daughter. His customer service is excellent! Nothing is too much trouble for Justin. He made me a cup of tea and assisted me in the lift as I'm physically + visually impaired.

I found the service in store to be just right: I was quickly approached and made to feel welcome, then the mattresses available were explained, and then, best of all, I was left alone to try them out myself and left in peace. Altogether an agreeable retail experience.

I am highly satisfied with visiting Dreams store because of the variety of beds and mattresses, and because employee who helped me was so friendly and kind. He offered us tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and it was delicious, that added up a lot to buying comfortably in store. Plus, he knew exactly what I was looking for.
