Staff very friendly and was offered a choice of mattresses to try with different prices, was also supplied with a hot drink during orderring the product

I was approached by a number of staff asking if I required assistance. When I responded that I wanted to browse, they politely stepped back allowing me to browse without any pressure. when I found what I wanted a member of staff was quick to help. I was offered a seat and a tea/coffee. All extras were clearly explained to me and prices were quoted.

Staff Tunji Nick and Vin was amazing fast and friendly

The Assistant was highly knowledgeable and gave us alternatives to purchase. Produced good eye contact and was honest about the purchases. He also spoke to my daughter whose bed it was and told her she was very lucky to be given such a lovely purchase. Thoroughly enjoyed the process and not hing was too difficult.

Tunji the Dreams Sale Assistant was attentive and friendly. There was a good selection of pillows.

We where seen straight away and welcomed into the store left alone to browse and not interrupted when we asked for advise we where given it straight away and not turned away from our choices for a dearer product it was a joy and the sales person made it easy for as with good advise
