I was welcomed, also offered drinks and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff was great also we were offered to try pillows which we left with from our order.

Torri was great and vinny helped to finish the sale

I got into Dreams after having a horrible experience in an electronic shop as a result of the 26th sales rush, so was expecting the same kind of. Was really pleased when an attendant approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I was thrilled. He was so calm an ready to respond to all my questions. kindly gave me a tour and made suggestions where I was confused and this I really appreciate. His name is Nick if that helps
