Very polite and friendly staff. They put themselves out to help me (mainly one person). Had good knowledge of the beds. However, they were not pushy and let me decide for myself, but were always around when I had questions, which were answered competently. Quite hospitable too - tea/coffee.... A excellent experience!

The member of staff wss so helpfull as we wanted a firm mattress because if spinal surgery and he helped so much so we made the right choose.
