Vincenzo was very patient with me in making my choice. I tried many bed, got confused as to choice and at end I got the exact bed that suit me and Justin helped us with a suitable price plan. Very happy

Was offered tea and coffee upon arrival and the sales assistant Joe made us feel at home, helped us with everything we needed & showed us many options.

We were served by Joseph and he was exceptional. His colleague was of no help to us at all. When I asked if Joe was in today, he just said I can't help now as I am with a customer in an abrupt way. Then I sent my son to ask him where is Joe if he is in can you please call him. He told us he was at the back of the store. Then Joe arrived who told us he was with a customer. On the whole, I think the other guy (whose name I cannot remember), could have been more courteous and helpful. If Joe had not arrived, we were going to leave and give our business elsewhere.

Greeted with a friendly warm welcome , all questions we had were answered , we were offered bedding to get a full experience of how our bed would feel to us , friendly gentleman assisted us and offered drinks and made good conversation , it was just an overall very good customer care and easy straight forward process

The sales was clean and easy to walk around, I found the salesman to be very professional, I was offered a hot drink, l liked not feeling pressured but that he offered help when I needed it. When I was unable to find the bed I want, I was asked more in depth questions and then shown a different bed which I loved and purchased. I think you train your salesman well as the gentleman that helped me was really nice. He seemed to really enjoy and love his work.

The services provided was absolutely out standing. The quality of the services was amazing with knowledge of all dreams products and fast response to my questions. I change my mind once or twice and this in it self was not a issue for our sales adviser Joe and Nick, my order was changed according and affordable to my buget. I would highly recommend charlton branch and I will be defenilty coming back to purchase my son bed with great excitement!

Niclolas at the store was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to attend to our needs. He was very helpful and professional and gave us help and time for us to decide on our purchase. A true gentleman
