Natasha was lovely. The bed testing thing was great. Simple process!

When walking into dreams grace the sales assistant remembered me from last year when we ordered our bed she asked what we was looking for an took us to the mattresses she was so helpful an patient then she did our order shes just a really lovely lady an knows her stuff nothing was to much trouble

We had seen a bed online that we liked the look of but wanted to see it in person before ordering. We have used this Dreams store before and knew it was very good, and we were just as pleased with this visit. When we entered the shop we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance, we explained that we had seen a bed online. The sales assistant asked for the name of the bed we liked and then immediately took us to it. She also showed us some similar styles nearby to compare. We were very happy with the bed and decided to order, the same sales assistant took our order and it was all processed very quickly.

The machine we used which helped find a suitable mattress for us was very helpful. We found that the staff was very knowledgeable on mattresses which made it easier for us to decide on a mattress.

In and out in 10.minutes the chap who served us was very helpful made the experience of buying a new bed and pillows a pleasure

Staff were super helpful. Laud served me and he was extremely helpful. Did not push the sale and seemed to genuinely care what was the best option for me

We were met by an amazing store assistant named Natasha who immediately offered us water and explained how we could try the products but also maintain the covid hygiene standards. She introduced and explained how the "bed assessor" worked and gave us paper sheeting to put down and then our sleep positions were analysed. She then went through the details explaining what it meant and what products might be suitable for us - she then spent time going through each product (tv bed and accompanying mattress) explaining, giving dimensions and details whilst (most importantly) giving us space and privacy to discuss what we liked, didn't like etc. She was incredibly knowledgable but also incredibly approachable so you felt you could ask her questions, explain what you needed and she actively listened. It was a hot day so she continued to make sure we had drinks and were comfortable. Her customer service was excellent, her knowledge of the product range was fabulous and having been to several other retail outlets (as well as online research) we felt confident and happy with our experience with Natasha that we placed an order there and then.

We had an appointment booked and arrived early. A member of staff greeted us and offered us a bottle of water and a seat to wait for the available assistant. Assistant helped us, was very friendly and knowledgeable and was patient with us when my daughter was trying out every single mattress in store. Our bed or mattress wasn’t in the sale but we received a mattress protector. When ordering we were able to pick a really quick delivery date, something our assistant knew we were hoping for! The service we received when we came into the store was great. We were served by Laud and he greeted us straight away but gave us a bit of time to look around before coming to help us. We used the machine which recommended the best bed for me, and Laud took the time to find me each bed and gave me time to try them out. Once I had finally chosen a bed, he was great and went through the delivery details and explained what the next steps would be. Overall, I received great service and would happily come back again.
