Nicholas just treated us so well and knows his products in and out.

Highly satisfied with the customer service offered in store by Justin. WE saw the TV advert and Justin answered all our questions. So having made a previous purchase of mattress and pillows we also purchased the Sleep Pal. Justin explained & showed how the app worked on his phone and the information it provided. Justin helped with our enquiries of a future purchase of a single plus guest bed unit and showed us a new product that he was in the process of assembling and invited us back within a couple of days for viewing. .... As before outstanding customer service....

We decided to visit the Dreams after visiting another bed store and the difference between the two was noticed straight away. On entering we were greeted by Justin who asked what we were looking for and then proceeded to explain the color coding of the mattresses. He then asked us if we would like a bottle of water as it was a warm morning, and he then presented us with two different pillows to use whilst browsing. He was not pushy and left us to browse. He made himself available for questions on the products on offer. He advised us in the difference between sprung, coil, anti-gel / cool and tempur mattresses, taking this information on board we proceeded on our quest to find the right mattress for us. We finally decided on three mattresses that we liked, we went back to Justin for specific information. This made our buying choice much easier. Based on Justins helpfulness, knowledge and friendly customer service qualities, he provided the right amount of information for our buying choice, in letting us spend time to ourselves browsing and then being supportive, helpful, friendly and jovial when needed. Justin is a great ambassador for Dreams….. Well done Justin

We visited the Charlton store twice. Tunji assisted us on our 1st visit and gave us all the info we needed when we told him what we were looking for. On our 2nd visit, Nick took us through everything again and dealt with our sale swiftly and thoroughly. Great members of staff who were extremely helpful.

Went to another store firstly but found to be unhelpful so called in at the dreams store and noticed the difference. firstly was greeted by Justin as we entered, bit of small talk and banter then proceeded to ask what we were looking for. Explained the colour coding of the mattresses (which we found very helpful) then asked us if we would like a drink, we took up the offer of water as it was a warm morning. He came back with the drinks and 2 pillows for us to use when choosing the mattress. Justin was on hand when we needed him for questions etc. we had chosen three mattresses and call upon Justin to explain further between our choices. On Justin's advice we then made our choice. We then went back to the service desk where we purchased the mattress plus two pillows that we had been given at the start. Throughout our time there Justin's customer service skills we exemplary, he is a great ambassador for Dreams and went that extra mile. He was helpful polite and jovial and paid attention to our requirements. He is an asset to the store.

Nick was very knowledgeable and helped us with all our needs. Team were also great. Lovely atmosphere.

Outstanding service, we found the perfect mattress within 5 minutes of entering the store. Joe was absolutely fabulous, an utter delight and extremely helpful.

Nick was a star . Full of information and helped me even Tho I was the last customer. Did not feel rushed.

The 2 sales guys where very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome as we entered the store and I felt comfortable while we where looking around as we was able browse around and think about our purchase which was nice and we knew the sales guys where available to help us as and when we needed them.
