not harassed whilst look around. patient when when I had to make and receive phone calls, offered tea and coffee and when I was about to leave enquired if I needed my parking validated, also patient whilst I decline further purchases, I only wonted a very firm matress

The shop assistant was very attentive and patient, very knowledgeable and not pushy into buying.

I came into dreams to just have a look around but found a nice cabinet in your clearence section. He also showed be some pillows which I brought as well. Tunji and his manager (I did not catch his name) where very helpful and kind. They also gave my daughter some water. Will definitely come back again. Great experience.

The minute I walked into the shop, I was asked if I needed assistance. This was given very swiftly and I was given advice and shown samples of suitable beds and mattresses and asked to try them out. Staff were very polite

I came in to just brows and ended up buying a headboard. Justin had a lovely warm smile and gave my mother a bottle of water and just made this experience unforgettable. He is a credit to your company

Absolutely brilliant and very welcoming.

The staff were just brilliant. They came to our service as soon as they could and understood our needs. They offered us tea, water, and biscuits which was wonderful no other store does that. The staff made us feel at home. The staff i mainly saw were 3, 2 male and 1 female and they handled their store effectively.

Very friendly and good stuffs and hopefully whatever I bought will comfort and long lasting .very welcoming people and they help you with lots of there efforts which good and they are very good salesman !
