nIcholas in the Charlton store was extremely helpful, non pushy and professional.

The Customer Assistance, Tunji was a true expert in his product knowledge, advice regarding the product usage as well as his customer service to arrange for the convenient time and date of delivery. The professionalism of those Sales Assistants present were the service to be truly proud of. This is not my first time buy from Dreams, I already bought a Queen size bed in the past, 4/5 years ago & still have great experience ever.

This is my second purchase in recent months, the whole experience, service, ease of purchase and delivery was so positive first time around that the decision to come straight back for the second bed was a simple one. Whilst the people and approach were great, the mattress itself was the star of the show. So this second purchase was even easier as we knew what mattress we wanted and just had to choose the base. Tunji was most helpful in getting us the right bed to go with our choice of Dreams mattress.

I came into the store very late, just 15 minutes before closing. I met Tunji and he made me feel really welcome and not rushed at all. He made me a nice a tea and showed me the mattresses that I was looking for in my price range. Then Nick placed the order with me and was really friendly and genuine.

The sales person was very polite and welcoming, asked me what i wanted specific to my needs and he took his time to explain the benefits of pocket springs and memory forms, the different grades and price option. I ended up buying beds and mattresses, my best buy for the year. i left the store feeling very satisfied with my purchase and would definately recomend friends and family

Team which was there was very friendly. Though it was busy they made it a point they greeted everyone and asked how they could help. They also keep the customers informed of the best beds and offers available in the store. They made sure everyone was attended and gave a lot of suggestions of the best quality furniture.

Tunji was very helpful and knowledgeable we wanted a mid range but not too cheap bed for our spare room and he gave us very good options
