Justin was welcoming and gave me the time and assistance to test the mattress I was interested in. He was professional and his knowledge of the product was extremely good. He inspired confidence to such an extent I decided to purchase the item there and then rather than shopping around. .

Our bed shopping was complete at this on stop shop... the assistant was caring and informed... In fact a gentleman and thorough with our purchase... he made us smile and of course being a large purchase on our tight budget he helped with all paperwork and put us at ease... thank you dreams charlton... 🙃💤💤💤🤗

Grace was extremely helpful in providing us the assistance we needed. She answered most of our questions and was very friendly and welcoming to our parents. Certainly put a smile on their faces. Dreams has good choices for beds and having read online reviews we know service is good too. We just hope the delivery is great as well

I found the staff to be friendly, cheerful helpful and - importantly - not pushy in the sale. It was a relaxed, welcoming and warm environment: this is why I will be visiting Dreams (Charlton, SE7 8LU) again next time I am looking to make purchases for the bedroom.
