The sellers were highly knowledgeable and very friendly.

Very attentive and knew the exact prices of each of the prices. Once I gave Tunji my budget for the mattresses and the firmness of the mattresses I like, he knew exactly the ones for me and once I saw them they were exactly right. Very hospitable by asking me for tea, coffee and water which was lovely.

Sales lady helped me and listened to my needs as I have a fused spine and need a good mattress whilst making me feal at ease and even offered me a cuppa tea

My wife and I was met and greeted as we entered the store. We were asked for any assistance and we explained our requirement, whilst looking for bed for purpose, we were offered coffee and Water. I asked several questions to find out if the staff has knowledge in the products and was very impressed with the answers and made a purchase immediately.

I was Highly Satisfied because I researched the bed on line and wanted to see it in the flesh. The Manager Justin was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. He made the purchase easy and explained the salient items in the agreement. I got a cup of tea but had no biscuit which was good as I am on a diet.

Mainly due to the customer service. The guy that helped us was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We enjoyed our visit plus was a smooth transaction and didn't take a long time which is always a plus.
