After explaining what I needed at the shop, I was highly satisfied because the Dreams staff took his time to explain and was very very helpful. I went home very happy and contentment.

Before visiting Dreams in Charlton yesterday, we visited 'Bensons for Beds' and the beds department of 'Carpet Right'. Not one salesperson in either store even acknowledged our presence. As soon as we walked into Dreams, we were greeted by Justin. We could look at the beds on offer knowing that if we had any questions there was an approachable, friendly person to assist us. I made my choice and spoke to Justin, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained the pros and cons of my choices in a clear and concise manner. There was no pressure to buy 'there and then' and I was able to go home and measure up properly checking the website for details. I could have bought online, it I was extremely happy with the customer service we came back today and waited for Justin to become free to assist us. I have to say that the promotion did play a part in visiting Dreams, but given the level of customer service I would have been more than happy to pay full price for my beds. A very happy customer - Thank you!
