I was served by Justin who was absolutely amazing from the start. He gave me water and help me chose the right mattress and bed for my son. Great guy. Full of smiles and very knowledgeable.

We bensons service was shocking and we then went into dreams and the service was impeccable there was friendly staff who offered us drinks and found exactly what we wanted

I came into dreams after coming from Benson's fir beds next door. As me and partner and my two kids came in justin approached us and straight away offered us all bottled water which was great as it was very hot outdide. He showed me th different type of kids mattress. He played with my son to keep him entertain and gave paper and pen to draw with. His customer service was out of this world. I will tell friends and family that dreams in Charlton is great.

Justin was extremely kind and very helpful. He smiled a lot and made me smile too. I am so happy to have such a wonderful Tempur mattress he went to a lot of effort to make sure I could have by finding discounted stock on the shop floor. Thank you so much Justin. Nathan 10 years old.

Having been to Bensons4Beds earlier,hassled by staff,directed only to most expensive items and not listened to;experience of Dreams was refreshing.Justin made us feel comfortable,listened to and was very professional and personable.He gave us time and space to view a variety of products without pressure.He explained the frame and mattress available to us and showed a tempur mattress.we were unsure of the cost of it and voiced this to him and he instantly showed us cheaper options.This showed he was not just out to make the biggest sale but wanted to ensure we got one suitable for us.We wanted time to decide if we were going ahead or not,he explained that if anyone came in during the time we were deciding he would tell them that bed and mattress weren't available.This was completely different to B4Beds who tried to pressure a sale.Initially we went into the store to have a look with no intention of buying,I have no doubt that had Justin not served us we wouldn't have bought anything that day.we ended up with the tempur!Justin deserves recognition and I have already told friends about my experience and recommended Dreams
