Amazing Team, very helpful and friendly staff . Very pleased after searching for a bed for so long going to many branches. The Charlton branch staff was amazing ! Very happy would recommend friends and family. Thank you especially to Nick/ Nicholas !! The best service someone could ask for! Very patient with us and very helpful.

I was really pleased with my Dreams experience as I felt safe in the store, it was spacious and airy, enabling my partner and I to socially distance from other shoppers. The selection of ottoman beds was varied and we found the one we liked online in store, which we later bought. I felt the mattress selection was a little more difficult as there were some we liked but they weren’t available in a king size. Staff, particularly Charmy and Nicholas, were extremely helpful, informative and very friendly. They supported us with our order, offered us water and gave us some goodies. We left purchasing a bed and mattress we’re very pleased with and are very excited to move in together!

Staff was very friendly, knowledgable and, most importantly, were not pushy and knew when to leave us alone to evaluate the products by ourselves and take the time needed to make a decision. Our sales person, Laud, was great. The product range was also very good and consisted of well-known brands. The store was clean.

The service was excellent. Vinny took our number down and phoned us to let us know new stock had arrived. When we arrived he remembered everything we had discussed with him 2 weeks prior. Great guy and was 100% the reason for us spending £1500 with Dreams
