This was my second time when I purchased a bed from Dreams. First one was one online and all went very good. This time we went to the shop and already got few selected beds, person called Nicolas (or Nick) was AMAZING!!! he helped us with all the questions, showed things around. Seriously one of the best shopping experience this year! We have also changed mattress after we checkout and system could not recognize the sale item afterwards, he done absolutely everything to help us! We left as its was out of hours for the head office and he continued to try to sort out with the system and said he will call us if he will. He did sort things out and we are very pleased

What an enjoyable experience that was! All smiles at the Charlton store - what a lovely bunch of people you have working there. I was given plenty of time to try all the mattresses I was interested in, a bit of expert advice to help me select the right one, even a bottle of water on a pretty hot day. Grace looked after me for the most part and she was really helpful and very friendly, but it was a great team effort from everyone in the store. Could not have been easier.

Grace was a fatasic person that help us and attend to all our needs. The other staff were great too and offers drinks to the family. We will definitely come back again.

I went to Dreams shop in Charlton. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the stuff. Justin helped me a lot to make the best choice. Usually when I walk into a shop and there are so many products I m confused which one shall I pick and I walk home confused. My visit at dreams shop was highly satisfying. I was with a friend of mine and we were offered tea or coffee. I choose the best mattress and very comfy pillows, after I tried so many. It was an easy choice after Justin s recommendations. Thank you Justin, I went home thinking that I ve done the best choice.

Tunji was an excellent advisor, he was very welcoming from the get go. He never put any pressure on me at all to buy a bed, but he offered me the best options without telling me to buy. I ended up buying a bed which was an outstanding choice I really appreciated it, and I truly hope more customers get to witness his wonderful service .
