i visited dreams in order to find a new bed and mattress. I was not disappointed. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Justin with an inviting smile and offer of assistance. This was very much so the case, with so much variety it was very daunting, however Justin quickly became our store 'angel'. With his expertise he was able to help us find the perfect bed and matress for us. Justin was extremely hospitable and patient with us, this did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. He provided us with water as it was such a hot day and the store had no AC and also provided our toddler with a balloon, which helped keep him entertained so that we could make our final choices. Justin went through beds, mattresses, pillows and duvets with us, such a knowledgable gentleman. As a result we decided and purchased our bed, mattress and some pillows too after just one trip to the store and this was all thanks to Justin! I genuinely can not remember the last time I was this satisfied with the customer service in any store. Highly Satisfied is an understatement. Very pleased and can only hope that Justin is around when I need another new bed. I will be recommending everyone I know.

Assistance was provided on entry to the store to explain the pricing and systems but we were left to explore for ourselves before purchasing. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and made efforts to understand what we wanted and didn't try to push us into specific purchases which was very welcome.

I went to a few shops and went to dreams and was seen by nick who was so polite and understood my needs. He made me a tea and put pillows under my head. I ended up buying a bed and mattress and pillows. i had a great experience.
