Dreams - Charlton

I had only popped in to Dreams to get an idea of prices with no intention of buying on this visit. However Tumji was so helpful and friendly and understood exactly what I was after that I decided I need not look elsewhere. His product knowledge was excellent. He talked me through the various options and was able to make recommendation based on my preferences. When I we were finalizing the purchase he even made me a nice cup of coffee. Thoroughly impressed and and would recommend Dreams to anyone who cares to ask! Good job!

I went to Benson's next door and did not receive any attention. I then went into dreams where I was greeted, offered a cup of tea and also get the most amazing assistance from the advisor.

Very helpful, explained everything we wanted to know about the beds that we tried, then left us to try out and make up our minded. They were very friendly at all times. Didn’t push us to hurry up. And even offered us Tea or Coffee. Then we called the assistant back. To say which bed we wanted. They not only greeted us well. But made sure we were comfortable sitting on the chair. While they got the paper work sorted. Which took Head Office. More time than expected. But Karra and Justin were wonderful. And I will definitely be telling all my friends and family where to buy their Beds from. 10 out of 10 for their friendliness

Found a mattress that fitted our needs. Sales manager was able to help us pick a delivery date which worked with our house move and explained how we change the date if there's an issue. Paid a little more than we planned to, but felt confident that we wouldn't find a mattress that meets our criteria much cheaper in other stores.

Justin was very helpful, on this occasion and our last visit. He made every effort to look after us. The staff around him were very chatty and funny and we had a good laugh with them while we made a decision on which mattress we will buy. There was a bit of a hick-up with regards to the credit application which resulted in us being told our application was declined and once we had left the store and made it home we were called by Barclays to say that an error had occurred. This was somewhat frustrating but we called the store and explained that we will go home for some lunch and return later in the day to complete the transaction. All was worked out in the end. I am 10 weeks pregnant and this purchase was made with the next 7 months in mind when I will need more than anything to sleep on a quality, comfortable mattress. Thanks Justin!

Personalised service which I did not get from other competitors whilst shopping around. Good parking facilities and knowledgeable staff. Good array of products that met my needs, made to feel welcome in the shop.

The assistant Justin was very knowledgeable of the product we wanted and could not have been more friendlier and helpful. I will return again.

Dreams was the 3rd shop i visited that afternoon. from the moment i walked in i was greated with a smile and attention. I was asked about my requirements and was shown different mattresses which could fit my needs whilst explained the different technologies they are made with. once we ascertained the type I was the most comfortable with, the shop assistant had to work extra hard to work with my budget, so he looked for the availability of the models i shortlisted in the storage, brought them up and swapped them over a bed frame good few times, to ensure i had the best feel i could. he gave me a pillow and let me try them for at least 5 minutes on my own, before coming back and helping me making the right decision. cannot wait for my mattress to be delivered ;) when we were going trough the admin part, he offered coffee and biscuits whilst going through the parts on the contract relevant to my as i purchased a mattress that was returned so not new. i wished i could get the same level of attention everywhre i shop as i felt i was a person and not just a way to make commission at the end of the month.

The service was top quality and they were very helpful they managed to get me what I wanted with the budget I had
