The help we were given by Grace (I think) was very knowledgable and friendly.

Excellent customer service from Grace - not too pushy - gave us space when we needed it - guided us in the right direction. Very happy.

Warmly greeted by Tunji and Justin (Charlton SE7 branch), offered tea/coffee and left to browse but with assistance immediately available, which is delightful.

I'm kinda excited just to tell you how happy both me & my partner are with our experience in Dreams last week! We had been sleeping on an old, sunken mattress since long before we moved into our first place together a year ago as we couldn't afford a bed of our own... or so we thought. We had looked around but we kinda felt like we didn't know what we doing, but then the Dreams in Charlton changed all that & I truly have never known customer service like it! We went in there the first day & were met by this really friendly guy called Nick who talked to us about what we wanted & was really attentive which we hadn't experienced at other stores so straight away we felt comfortable enough to actually ask a few questions. Then the next day we went back & met the lovely Justin who just blew us away with genuine kindness, offering tips & advice - he is honestly such a lovely person, giving us a fab deal with loads of extras & made the whole experience just perfect along with a girl called Kara who offered us drinks even! The day we went into Dreams was the best day we have had since we moved into our flat as for the first time we felt like we had something that was truly ours.

The assistant were very helpful. They gave us very good advice about the mattresses. Actually buying goods on offer is the best thing especially the mattresses. There is nothing wrong with them and you get good value for money. Thanks to all the help.

A high level of attention and assistance was received. We have 2 young children who were looked after and treated very kindly by the staff.

The first thing when i stepped inside dreams the staff were so friendly esspacaly Nicholas he assisted through out my experience in dreams he's got great customer service I was very pleased.
