Dreams - Charlton

I came into the Charlton branch after dealing with the manager in Catford to which I wasn't happy with but then drove pass the Charlton branch thinking it was closed or closed down but realise we saw customers coming out, but also Happy. I thought I'd try buy a bed again and with the help of the Justin the manager and the two assistance Karta and Nick.... who were fully helpful with giving me and my partner and son drinks and also insisting to give us the right pillows to use while trying out the bed I wanted. I manage to get my bed I wanted at such a great price and a class customer service. I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family about dreams especially the Charlton branch. Thank you for such a lovely experience x

All the staff members were tremendously helpful. I cannot thank Justin and his team who were extremely welcoming as soon as I arrived. I was very impressed with their knowledge of every aspect beds, mattresses, pillows and bedding. I can't sing their praises highly enough. I will definitely be recommending them to others. Great service

Justin was a great advise. He knew what he was talking about. He was always very patient. It took me 2 hours to decide what mattress and bed I need. When you spend 2k£ you need it! He was really not plushy to sell but super helpful when I needed him. Just amazing seller.
