The staff were very friendly and patient. Mr Tunji took his time to provide us the assistance and clarification we required to make our choices. As we were looking to buy 2 beds, 2 mattresses and other bedding, it took us a while to make our choices. Mr Tunji was both professional and patient with us a he showed us around and provided us with options and assistance to make our choices. The store has a wide array of bed choices and designs and that made it easier for us to look around and find what we needed. As we ordered for Super King beds that need to be built, the date of delivery was meant to be later than our house move date, Mr Tunji sympathised and provided us the Customer Service number to call to discuss this We called Customer Service and discussed our moving in date, the Customer Service agent listened sympathetically and escalated our request for an earlier delivery date. She promised to call back the next day; and she did keep to her promise. She called to inform us that a new delivery date has been offered and hurrah, we will now have our items delivered on time for our house move. Brilliant service all the way!!.

I walked into Dreams after looking at beds in Bensons for Bed's. Dissatisfied with the Bensons for Bed's service, I was pleasantly surprised at the immediate difference I had as a customer in Dreams. I had a very specific type of bed in mind. The sales representative Tunji made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, listened carfeully to my request and only selected the type of beds (within my price range) I had asked for. Tunji's sense of humour and great listening skills enabled me to feel comfortable with making a new bed purchase. The human style of customer service I was offered in the store is a rare find nowadays. I got to try the bed with a pillow, was offered bedding products to protect the mattress and the bed cover service plan with a coffee to top it all off (within 45 minutes) allowed me to have a really enjoyable bed purchasing experience! I will definitely return to this store again. Tunji and his colleagues Justin and Karra were also very helpful answering any additional questions I had. All in all a great customer service / bed purchasing experience.

Polite and curtious greeting on arrival bit left us to browse in peace before asking if we would like assistance. Generally seemed interest in listening to our needs and make recommendations Didn't try to sell us the highest price item... actually said about a bed that suited what we was looking for but was ex display Advised us on mattresses despite knowing we weren't going to buy it from them but online
