Good range of choice, assistants very helpful but not pushy in any way. Very good prices in the sale, so very satisfied with our purchase today.

Excellent greeting when we came in, friendly staff, good product knowledge, gave us time, not too pushy, showed us choices, advised well, were flexible, then we went to the two other bed shops next door and felt compelled to come back as our needs were being met, would recommend the variety and the customer services, great store with lots of choice,

I wanted to buy a double bed and a single bed. The Dreams Colleague Justin was so informative and friendly. He helped us pick both beds that met my mothers needs and was very patient. We checked Bensons for Beds, Dunelm and Argos for beds and we found that we got the best deal at Dreams. Plus Dreams had a better range and quality so we are very happy with our purchase and also the delivery times are great and convenient.

The assistance given to my wife and I by the Dreams assitant was absolutely fabulous, he took time to ask us what we were looking for and also understand what we needed. His extreme patience and thorough explanation of the products was of great use to us. He took us throughthe series of products, carefully explaining the purchase options as well as the quality assurance. This showed true customer service and also a knowledge of the products. Some places just quickly want to get you to pay for the item. Here it was completely different, we wanted a mattress and I like the fact that he was attentive to that, we went through a whole range, being fully informed of all their benefits along the way. In my book, I will give the service top marks. We have had our mattress delivery (right on time as well), we are very content with it.

Quick and easy service

I visited another Bedstore about 2days earlier and seemed satisfied with the product even though I was not given any discount nor guarantee. I decided to go into Dreams just to have a second opinion that I made the right choice. The man I met at your store not only told me about the different options the store has but gave me reasons as well. To top it up I was offered the eight years insurance with free mattress cover. Everything came out much cheaper with the earlier quote I received from the store I visited earlier

I went to another bed store not dreams and made up my mind on the product offered but your colleague succeeded in changing my mind to buy from Dreams. To top it up I was offered the8years insurance which included mattress cover and a pillow.

The salesman listened to me and he went through the different choices available with me.He was patient with me to come to a decision with my purchases. He also went through the different options of his payments available to me. He listened to what my needs as a customer were and was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing.

The staff was friendly, calm and patient, she took her time to explain everything in detail, she even went as far as offering us tea, the store was very organised and other staff were friendly.
