The Charlton storeiwas under refurbishment, entrance to store not clear, and store quite dark and under those circumstances I think staff coped well with my requirements.

The Highly Satisfied rating is attributable almost entirely to the genuine warmth, experience, aptitude, consideration, friendliness and distinct competence of your colleague Nicholas, who has provided a bespoke effective and efficient customer experience, with ease that is clearly the product of an established and genuine interest in delivering customer requirements, and expectations, or exceeding them. Nicholas clearly understands your business and marries this skillfully to providing the right solution to the customer, treating my requirements as paramount. He is most patient, courteous and helpful, and a dilligent ambassador of such high order that I may wholeheartedly recommend your Charlton Store and his service to others without an iota of hesitation. This is certainly not something that I may say of more than 95% of other retail outlets of any industry that I have cause to visit or to purchase from. Please do arrange to commend Nicholas for his most distinct excellence. Thank you.

The store frontage was being demolished (and the noise in the store was very loud) and the workmen had cut the cables linking the store to the company's computer system and the telephone landline. Despite these major problems, the staff - led by Justin - were extremely helpful and did everything that they could to help us and to process our order. This involved phoning another store on their own mobile phones to process the payment. I was given a printout if our order and told that the details would be confirmed as soon as the telephones were fixed. This promise was kept, and I was most impressed.

We received assistance from Justin. He was brilliant! Professional, friendly and very helpfull. It was a very easy purchase so that it feels like I want to go there again and buy something else!

I cannot fault Nick, he was very helpful as I was very much in doubts in regards to what items to buy. Very much appreciated his assistance.

Justin was extremely helpful and i never felt rushed in making decisions, i was able to take my time. He had excellent knowledge of the products and was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the whole thing a very enjoyable experience.

The assistant was friendly and explained every thing in detail

i really did not have the intension of making any purchase on that vist, just windor shopping. i have been to a few other shops and couldnt find the product or price that suits me, but with the amount of help and support given by the staffs plus the information and benefits of insuring the products, and the overall cost of the selected items, i was really pleased and decided to make my purchase there and then.

They did a great job assisting me with the bedroom set purchase. Even thou the front store was in rnovation. Overall I am satisfied with the time it took and their knowledge on how to process the purchase and giving me the options available.

I was asked on several occasions if I required help. When I did I was assisted swiftly and in a friendly manner. There was a slight delay because it was a busy bank holiday but the assistants explained this and the delay actually was minimal. All three colleagues I dealt with were happy friendly and knowledgeable.
