Tunji was very welcoming and helpful. He made us both a cup of tea and made the whole process easy. He explained the benefits of our mattress and his customer service was fantastic. He put pillows under our heads which in return we brought eight

I was Highly Satisfied because the staff were so patient and took their time to understand my needs and provide me with a suitable product. I did not feel rushed, I was given the ability to change my mind on several occassions. My husband and I got to the store after work so our time was limited plus we were with our two children aged 2 and 4 years old. The children were restless and at times run around the store. They were in ore of the store they loved the beds and were happy to explore sleeping on the beds. The store layout was safe and clean as the children had enough space to manoeuvre round. We were so indecisive but the staff kept us on track of what we initially wanted and needed. They supported us to make the right decision. We even stayed after the store closed to finalise our purchase and arrange repayments.

The friendlyness and overall product knowledge of the staff were extremely valueable. First, I went to shop the nearby carpetright, but due to the quality of service, I decided to purchase in Dreams. We were showed around, offered assistance and advices throughout the purchase yet let alone enough to test the items undisturbed. Spent an hour and enjoyed it greatly.

Justin was friendly and remembered it's from the last time we placed an order almost a year ago. We bought a mattress that was ex display and he threw in a free mattress protector to make it better. He offered us refreshments and checked that our car registration was on the list to not get a parking ticket.

Highly. Satisfied the person who attended to me was very helpful and because of him I preferred to buy the products from your store even though i had gotten better prices from other stores i chose dreams Charlton because of Tunji the staff that attended to me.

We went to the Charlton branch and was met and asked if we needed help. We had decided on the beds but needed help with the mattress selection. The gentleman (I forget his name) explained all the types of mattresses and how to look for what we want, very well (He also showed us some very nice tempur pillows which we went on to buy in the final purchase). And then we went upstairs and saw a mattress that we liked on clearance (store display piece) and then Nick helped us understand the pro and cons and once we decided to go ahead with the mattress and the beds, patiently tried to get us the best deal possible. He patiently spent time with us, answered all our questions. The overall experience was great and we really enjoyed Nicks patience and guidance. We felt like he had our best interest in mind and did whatever he could to not only give us the best deal on the overall purchase but also advice us well and equip us with all the right information for us to be able to make the best decisions. Would definitely recommend Nick and Dreams Charlton to anybody looking for beds or mattresses.
