Her patience in going through and explaining everything to us was extraordinary. Lastly the little innovation of the machine that tells you what mattress is suited to you was a good extra positive

Charmy at the Charlton store was brilliant. We are just about to move into a Victorian terraced house with very narrow doors, and she saved us from a disaster by telling us which beds and mattresses would fit, and which wouldn't. She helped us to find the perfect products for us.

Laud was extremely helpful and attentive to our requirements. He approached us as we walked in and was quick to make recommendations. He made us feel safe and took covid-19 precautions. The smartbed experience was great and really helped us to narrow our decision.

The product is easy to see and your staff is very helpful

The member of staff was extremely polite, nice and friendly and asked me lots of questions to establish what bed was best for my needs. There was no sales pressure at all and she told me all about the products and how they would best fit my needs. She offered me drink throughout my visit and was really patient with me and I did not feel rushed at all.

Laud, the assistant that helped us, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made it so much easier for us to make a choice

We were most impressed with the SleepMatch facility, and the resulting opportunities to try each bed that was suggested. Ms Natasha was very friendly lady she offered us drink when I said my wife has a back problem straight she offered us sleeping bed than show us which mattress suitable for us she explains if we buy a mattress and divan today we get %20 discount we buy it and she give us a pillow and bed cover as a present we are highly happy from ms Natasha
