Very efficient service. Very helpful in arranging delivery promptly

As soon as we entered the store we were kindly greeted by the Manager Assistant and the Manager. They were very friendly. The Manager Assistant who served us had a good sense of humour and great knowledge of the Dreams's products. As the products we initially wanted was not as good quality as expected. The Manager Assistant kindly showed and explained to us the difference between the traditional and pocket spring samples. Then he showed us the best promotional deal of the pocket spring mattresses, which we felt were the better quality products as well. He let us try the products until our heart is content. He kindly explained to us the order and delivery procedure, highlighted and walked through the terms and conditions with a highlighter. He was very welcoming with tea, water, sweets and even offered biscuits. Another temporary Store Manager ensured will were not fined when we parked beyond the 75 minutes limit. We were highly satisfied with their very warm and welcoming service, their knowledge of the products, and courteous attention. I will definitely return to purchase bed products and recommend to family and friends. Thank the three for their help and assistance.

Great customer service

My Dreams assistant, Tunji, was highly knowledgable of the products and gave me genuine advice. I wanted to visit a competing brand next door and told him I will return - he did not push me into coming back, but gave me a wonderful offer by adding in extra accessories for less. I left to the competing brand but came back to Dreams less than 20 minutes later because the service I received could not compare. I felt that the customer service was really good because they gave honest advice and even wrote down all the prices to help me understand. I'm so happy with my experience and would never go to any other brand.

I went to the Charlton Drams Shop at Stone Lake Retail Park to buy a new mattress. All the staff was very welcoming and since the first visit we were served by Nicholas Campbell, a very nice and gentle guy, he explained the differences among the spring technologies, foam materials and comfort grades. He made us feel very comfortable and gave us plenty of time to try as many mattresses as we wanted, but at this visit, we were just trying out and choosing the best mattress. On our second visit we were ready to buy the mattress, but as I was using a company check to pay for the expenses, we had a little difficulty and we could not finalize to buying that day, so I had to write an email to customer service to get the approval for the cheque, and here I would like to thank again for the very fast and effective response from the customer service team (Mr Rob Bedford) that in less than 24 hours gave me the go-ahead for the check. So we had back to the shop to speak to Mr Nick again and he did serve us very well again, giving us all the options and a good deal with a very good price on a good mattress and a bedding kit free. A very good experience.

The staff was highly knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions without pushing for us to buy what we didn't need. We got what we wanted at no time and at great prices.
