Dreams - Charlton

The overall customer service at Dreams Charlton in terms of the staff was excellent! Especially Nicholas, the staff were very helpful & took the time to explain my options. They also greeted me as soon as I entered the store and offered me tea or coffee which was nice as the store was very cold.

As new customers to Dreams we were very happy with the customer service! Michael was friendly and welcoming and allowed us to take our time looking around the store, we were also given useful information when helping to decide the best matress foor us.

Tunji, who served us gave us a detailed explanation of the different types of mattress so that we were able to make an informed choice. He also introduced to us pillows that we tried on our chosen bed that made us recognise the high quality of these compared to those we have been using over the years. Tunji also carefully explained that customer preferences in mattress and pillow vary even according to gender which turned out to be true in our case thus enabling us to choose more bespoke items. Tunji made this whole experience enjoyable even to providing hot cups of tea on a very cold morning and giving us time to discuss our options.

The staff who assisted me Karra from the Charlton store London. Was so friendly and explained all the types of beds and mattresses available for my price range. Very patient and helpful will definitely come back to this store to purchase my kids bunk bed.

The sales rep Tunji was a true gentleman highly knowledgeable very polite made us at ease. He took very good care of us offered drinks let us browse when we purchased our mattress he placed it into our car with no assistance will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family an will definitely return in the future.

Team member Nick was very friendly, offered hot beverage and we had a great laugh about me requesting whiskey. He was very helpful and patient, spent undisrupted time with us and helped to find the most perfect sofa for us.

The advisor Nicholas was great, he greeted me and introduced himself, he asked a few questions and instantly knew which type of product I would want, he recommend a bed frame which was perfect with just the right amount of storage. He shortly offered and made me a tea which I thought was excellent customer service and secured him the sale. His knowledge of all the products was extensive as I was unsure which too choose and he didn't pressure me to buy anything. His service was so good I thought he was the manager (he should be as the other staff members I saw wasn't as good as him) The service provided by Nicholas couldn't have been better.

I was greeted by Tunji on entering the store.i explained that I was meeting my son.i was offered a drink while I was waiting and asked if I needed any information before he arrived.he is a most helpful man and a credit to your company.his product knoll age was great.this is the third time I have bought a bed from dreams and I will be coming back.
