Dreams - Charlton

We came into Dreams with our energetic 18 month old daughter. Store manager Justin was very helpful in keeping her entertained whilst we tried the various mattresses. Bringing her a balloon to play with. Closing the sale Ian was very knowledgeable on the mattress we had purchased which reassured us we had made a good decision.

The colleague that assisted me was very polite. He had great product knowledge and made me feel very comfortable with the choices I made. He showed me a number of options and gave me time to make my decision. Nicholas' customer service was excellent. He is a credit to the store

I thought I knew what I needed and my daughter....but no we were wrong and we are so glad to have staff experienced to help us get exactly what we needed

As soon as I walked in, there was someone waiting to help me. Necollas was very helpful and patients. He took his time to show me round the store and helped me choose what I was looking for. My overall shopping experience there was excellent.

visit to the Charlton branch ,requiring a new mattress because of a recent back injury dealt wiv the manager told him of my injury and sleep pattern , the product knowledge given was based on my comfort and requirements not on price , I was given a pillow and told to try the bed out ,well I can honestly say ,I could have fallen asleep There and then My new mattress will be wiv me soon ,and they are taking the old one away what more can you ask

Warm welcome to the store,offered tea and coffee, given a pillow to carry for each bed .The staff were amazing, so helpful,Ian,Justin,Karrie, were so welcoming made our visit a joy not once did We fill We had to rush they made it a real joy to shop they are a tribute to the dreams store and I would recommend to all my friends & family , even the bedding we have found to be of good quality, We would like to thank dreams for a shop that was hassle free 🤗
